You can fight the Magus Sisters One At a time or all together, it is generally easier to fight them one by one, but I shall give you the technique with which you can defeat them on their own and all together.

[Recommended Battle Strategy]
The Magus Sisters are EXTREMELY difficult to beat and WILL require max everything, even then it is a fairly hard battle. The Magus sisters when starting usually start of with a Delta attack which not even Auto-Life can protect you from, and so its a good idea that when facing the Magus Sisters you have Auron in your party and change to an Aeon (Preferably Anima who can do a lot of damage) and use its overdrive. If it uses Delta Attack you will be safe. Now the first order of business is to get one of them out the way. This has to be Mindy first as her Passodo attack as well as doing A LOT of damage, it causes Death on your characters which Ribbon does not protect you against. Defeating her isn't too hard, all you have to do is just use Quick Hits and when available use Wakka's overdrive. Use the Auto-phoenix ability revive characters and watch out as there are 2 other dark aeons attacking you at the same time.
Once she is taken care of you can change your focus to Dark Sandy. Without the need to worry about the Delta Attack you can relax a little bit, however do note that when their overdrive gauge is full, they will use Mega Graviton instead like Anima does. So having high HP is needed. Heal after every time they attack, and use Quick Hits followed by Overdrives to make quick work of the Sandy. Note that Sandy's Razzia attack will dispel any Auto-life you have set up and reduce your defense. Try to keep your HP up and use your aeons if you don't think you can survive their overdrives. That way you can do damage to both of them.
When Sandy is finally defeated, you only have Cindy to beat. She has the highest HP but hopefully you'll have taken off around 400,000 HP from the overdrive attacks. You can relax even more now, just keep one character constantly healing your characters and have the others constantly attacking. Each of the attacks will do around 99,999 damage and so it shouldn't take to long to defeat Cindy on her own.

[To get them Alone]
When you first encounter all 3 of them run to the left straight away and into the next screen which is Mushroom Rock road. Here, take the glyph lift up to the next level and you will told about he game. Basically what you have to do is run away from the 3 sisters. If you manage to get about half way then the fat sister will drop out of the chase, and you will only have to fight the other 2. If you manage to make it all the way to the precipice then you can fight them one by one.

[Recommended Battle Strategy] Dark Cindy's Camisade Attack is one to watch out for. It will do some major damage and lower your defense. Use dispel to get rid of the effect and just attack as fast as you can. Quick hits are good as Cindy isn't all that fast, however do watch out for the Mega Graviton overdrive. Keep your HP up and use Wakka's overdrive whenever possible. Use entrust as well to do more damage.

[Recommended Battle Strategy] Dark Sandy is strong even on her own, her Razzia attack will lower your defense so you will have to watch out. It would be easier if you have auto-phoenix on one of two of the characters so your character is instantly revived. Her overdrive isn't a big problem, but watch out if you don't have high HP as the Mega Graviton can do a lot of damage. Use quick hits and keep attack her, this should be fairly quick, but as her speed is higher than Dark Cindy's it may be a bit harder and healing may be required..

[Recommended Battle Strategy] Its not the power of the attacks that you have to worry about, but the effect of her attacks. She will cause you to be KO'd if she uses the Passodo ability against your character. Deathproof isn't necessary but if you don't have Ribbon, you might as well equip Deathproof instead. You will require a lot of phoenix downs in this battle and a lot of healing. Her HP is much lower than the other sisters so she shouldn't be hard if you can get a lot of quick hits in. Again as she is alone Wakka's attack reels will hit only her making it even easier to beat her.
