Available from Mrs Dincht after returning from the SeeD exam. You must enter the house with Zell in your party and watch the short scene. Then leave and return. Mrs Dincht will play you from that point onwards.

Rinoa

Available from Caraway from Disc 2 onwards. Go back to Galbadia and talk to him in his office. Choose to talk about cards, and he'll say that he'd be willing to use Rinoa's card if you gave him Ifrits. Lose your Ifrit card to him, and he will then begin using the Rinoa Card. You can win your Ifrit card back from Martine at FH.
