Occult Fan

The Occult Fan magazines give hints on how to get the GF Doomtrain.

Occult Fan I - Examine the bookcase near the entrance to the second section of Balamb Garden Library.
Occult Fan II - after beating the owner of the Dollet Pub at cards, you are allowed access to his private room. You can find the magazine by clicking randomly on the various piles of objects scattered around.
Occult Fan III - Upon arriving at FH, make your way down the ladders (before leaving the scaffolding and reaching the main part of town) until you find the master fisherman, who you saw in the fmv. Choose the less polite option and he'll give you the magazine in honour of your spirit.
Occult Fan IV - Dropped by a Presidential Aid in Esthar's Presidential Palace, before going into outer space.
