Freya's ultimate weapon (Dragons Hair) is found on the forgotten continent. North West of Oeilvert is an invisible crack where you must drop dead peppers to find it. It may take some time to find. Patience is required.

To get Whale Whisker you must travel to the left of the world map (during the Chocograph sidequest) and in the ocean, on line with Oeilvert to the left, will be the location you want. You will get Whale Whisker for Garnet along with others items.

To get the Gastro Fork, Quina's ultimate weapon you must participate in frog catching at the marshes around the world until you catch 99. Once you have caught 99 Master will appear and challenge you to a fight. Beat him and you shall receive the Gastro Fork.

Possibly the hardest weapon to get in the game as well as the most powerful. To get Excalibur II you must get to Memoria on Disc 4 within 12 hours of playing the game. After beating Lich (under the 12 hour limit), one of the columns in the room will give you Exaclibur II.

When you're in Memoria, just before you fight Lich look near the stairs and you should find Vivi's ultimate weapon called Mace of Zeus.

Zidane

To get Zidane's ultimate weapon (conveniently named "Ultimate Weapon") you must be on Disc 4 and have a flying chocobo. Make sure you have a dead pepper and go back to the location where shimmering island used to be. Use the dead pepper to get Ultimate Weapon. You can also get a second Ultimate weapon for Zidane called the Excalibur II. To do this, you must reach the Terrace in Memoria within 12 hours. You will encounter a boss fight there. Defeat Lich there and quickly check the second pillar from the right. You should see a '!' mark appearing over Zidane's head. This mark indicates the position of the sword, Excalibur II. If you exceed the time limit, the '!' mark will immediately disappear
