Ace is one of the main protagonists of Final Fantasy Type-0. He is a member of Class Zero and wields a deck of cards as his weapon of choice. His special ability is called "Deck Open", which he uses to draw four cards. The cards perform a range of abilities that include healing, attacking, or casting status effects.

The Japanese demo, released on August 11, 2011, includes special summer uniforms for Rem & Ace.
