Another Cavern is a mission from Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core. For a complete list, visit Missions (FFVII:CC).

Introduction

We unearthed another cave near the one you explored in the previous mission. We assume the presence of some monsters, so head over to the site and gather all the information you can.

Enemies

• Gremlin (boss battle)
• Jack o' Lantern
• Magic Pot
• Most Hungry (boss battle)

Chests

• Thundaga Blade
• Gysahl Greens (south)
• High Jump (center)
• Mythril (west)
• Black Cowl (northwest)

Strategy

Equip Ultima, Iron Fist, Electrocute, and Tri-Fire if you haven't already unlocked the Magic Pot on the DMW. Turn around and grab the Thundaga Blade chest. Follow the path and at the first intersection go south for the Gysahl Greens chest. Backtrack as far north and follow the path to the next intersection. Go south for the High Jump. Return to the main path and continue west. Go south at the next intersection for a Mythril chest. Proceed north and grab the Black Cowl chest and follow the path to the boss. (Wander around a bit if you still are looking for the Magic Pot.) Use either Assault Twister+ or Costly Punch when the enemies are close together. Use Hell Thundaga or regular critical hits to finish off any remaining foes.
