Introduction
We have received information on powered-up anti-SOLDIER weapons under development in a Wutai base. Go to the base immediately and eradicate the Wutai remnants together with the new weapons.

Strategy
Follow the path and take the two chests on the way. At the intersection, proceed east to find the boss at the end of the path. Make sure your stats are padded before engaging the enemy. Focus on one Vajradhara at a time, starting with a strong attack such as Costly Punch or Graviga. Finish it off with Hell magic, staying at a distance and avoiding the beasts’ sweeping attacks. Then focus on the remaining foe using the same strategy.
