Approaching the Outskirts is a mission from Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core. For a complete list, visit Missions (FFVII:CC).
Note that when you speak to the woman to unlock this mission, she will ask you about a man that rides a black chocobo. Players of Final Fantasy VII may recognize that she is talking about Joe from the Gold Saucer chocobo races. You may also notice the backdrop of this mission as the Chocobo Farm.

Introduction
The outbreak of monsters near Midgar has resulted in a Sector 8 woman filing for damages. We cannot afford to let litigation spread any further. Hurry to the area and eliminate all monsters in sight.

Strategy
Proceed to the center of the southern wall to find a Soma chest. Return to the northwest corner for the Potion chest. The boss is behind the fenced area in from of the barn at the center of the northern wall. This boss battle is similar to Mission 2-1-1 but you’re facing two Fly Eyes instead of one. Their attacks can be easily avoiding by dodging or running. Make use of critical hits until they are defeated.
