Beclem is a non-playable character from Final Fantasy X-2. He is a member of the Youth League charged with organizing the Besaid Aurochs into proper members of the league. He is tough on them, and often scolds them for playing blitzball. He is adamant about erasing all traces of Yevon and summoners, claiming that they "are a thing of the past". Beclem even goes as far as threatening to burn down the temple in Besaid when fiends begin pouring out. Later, we learn that Beclem was a war-buddy of Wakka's younger brother, Chappu when he gives the party a sphere that Chappu made. Beclem then leaves the island (after showing off some blitzball skills).
The player can start the mini-game Gunner's Gauntlet by speaking with Beclem.
