Belito is an Elite Mark from Final Fantasy XII. In actually, Belito is a fake mark created by Montblanc and Monid to trap the hunter stalker who has been terrorizing the clan’s hunters.

Strategy

As it turns out, the hunter stalker is Ba'Gamnan and his Bangaa sidekicks. Monid will aid your party on this hunt, and will come in handy as he'll occasionally use Protect, Regen, and Curaja. Start the battle by casting Protect and Shell on your characters (don't worry about Monid, he comes with it). Dispel all of the enemies, and note that they are all weak to water-based magick. It's best to take out the lesser bangaa first, so start with Bwagi because he'll continuously cast Protect and Shell. Use your regular attacks and heal as necessary. When he falls, move on to Gijuk (the one throwing black magick at you), followed by Rinok. After all three sidekicks fall, you can finally focus on Ba'Gamnan. Make sure you still have Protect and Shell on your party members, and hit Ba'Gamnan with physical attacks and water-based spells until he falls.
