Queen Brahne

Brahne Raza Alexandros XVI is an antagonist from Final Fantasy IX. She is the adoptive mother of Garnet til Alexandros XVII, and the queen of Alexandria. Brahne is manipulated by Kuja, who convinces her to attack neighboring nations. Brahne even goes so far as to have the Eidolons extracted from Garnet, and orders Zorn and Thorn to execute her for treason. During the attack on the Iifa Tree, Brahne is killed. While she lay dying, she realizes the error of her ways, asking Garnet for forgiveness.
