Bully Cap is an enemy in Final Fantasy X-2 that appears in Chapters 1, 2, & 5 at the Mi'ihen Highroad, Mushroom Rock, and Mt. Gagazet. It is classified as a fungus. Bully Cap's "White Wind" ability can be learned as a Blue Bullet.
