Cissnei is a character from the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII. She is a 16-year-old member of the Turks that uses a Shuriken as her weapon. Cissnei was born and raised within the Shinra Company, and is the youngest member to join the Turks in its history.

Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis

Cissnei is a playable character in Before Crisis, and is initially referred to as "Shuriken (Female)". The player can then choose her name, which is why in Crisis Core she says "Cissnei" is not her real name.

Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core

When Zack Fair first meets Cissnei in Midgar, she talks of having always wanted wings. Later, Zack meets up with her again in Costa del Sol where he is vacationing. The two have several encounters becoming friends, and Cissnei even becomes a member of Zack’s fan club under the pseudonym "Black Suit". Because of their history (and Cissnei’s seemingly deeper feelings for Zack), when he and Cloud are on the run from Shinra, she enables them to escape by claiming to Tseng that she lost them. She then gives Zack the keys to a motorcycle and lets them leave. When Zack returns to Gongaga to see his parents, Cissnei and the other Turks are already there expecting his arrival. Cissnei once again aids Zack's escape by letting him go. She informs him that Angeal was seen in the area, and promises to keep an eye on his parents.

Because Cissnei makes no appearances nor is mentioned post-Crisis Core, it is unknown what became of her.
