The Wutai spy apprehended at LOVELESS Avenue has provided us with information about Crescent Unit scouts hiding in the slums of Sector 5. Hurry there and eradicate the scouts.

[edit] Strategy
The path is linear, so grab the X-Potion chest on your way north. The Champion Belt chest is all the way on the north wall, then you can engage the boss. This battle is fairly easy even for a low-level character so use regular critical attacks to complete the mission.
