It's been some time since I made an experiment that simply boasted more physical strength. At your level, you should be able to win... but you might find several of its features rather intriguing.

This experiment is another version of the Death Claw, but with a huge amount of HP. Equip Brutal and start the battle with a couple casts of Graviga to reduce its HP. Then use regular critical attacks to finish it off.
