Extractor is a boss enemy from Final Fantasy X that appears under the water of the Moonflow. It drops weapons with Piercing, Firestrike, Lightningstrike, Waterstrike, or Icestrike, and armor with SOS NulBlaze, SOS NulShock, SOS NulTide, or SOS NulFrost abilities.

Strategy

This battle, although there is a drop in HP, will be quite hard, especially if you haven't trained your Wakka and Tidus alot. To start the battle have Tidus cast Cheer, then Haste, whilst Wakka attacks. If you have a Lightningstrike weapon for either character it would be a good idea to use a turn to equip it (or pre-equip it before the battle). This boss has 2 attacks, the first is his normal attack, that is weak and rarely requires healing. For the other he rises into the air, when he does this just attack him as quickly as possible, if you deal enough damage he will come back down and not do the more powerful attack. If you get Wakka's overdrive, use the elemental reels and try to get all three symbols to land on thunder the yellow one.
