Sir Fratley is a non-playable character from Final Fantasy IX. He is Freya Crescent's lost love that disappeared prior to the events of the game. He left Cleyra to prove himself as a dragon knight and never returned. Fratley later is brought back to Cleyra by Puck, but has no memory (to Freya's dismay). At the end of the game, however, he finds himself falling in love with Freya again even though he remembers nothing of their past together.
