Fujin is a minor character and boss in Final Fantasy VIII. She is on the Balamb Garden Disciplinary Committee with Seifer Almasy, who trusts her more than he trusts Raijin. She tends to speak in short, CAPITALIZED sentences (she spoke in kanji in the original game), and uses a pinwheel like Rinoa Heartilly.

Fujin is Rajin's superior and a woman of few words. She restricts her speech to single words that reflect her mood, such as 'RAGE' or 'CONCERNED'. She wields a Zan in battle.
