How to Obtain

Chapter 1
- Go to Macalania Forest and take the shiney route north. Just before you reach the Macalania Travel Agency there should be a side road. Take this, and you will find Tromell here. Speak to him four times, and he will give you this Special Dress Sphere.

Chapter 2
- If you missed this Special dressphere, you can get it in Chapter 2, just do the mission for Tobli where you have to find the musicians. After doing this, return to the area where you found the Harp playing guy (this is also the place where Tromell is found in chapter 1). Tromell should be there again. Speak to him four times to get this sphere.
