Strategy
You know those Eksir Berries you got from the Urutan Eater? Time to use them. Use the Eksir Berries as your first move in this boss fight. It'll take about 15% of HP off the Garuda. Have one character's first gambit set to Cure, and make sure you keep your guest healthy. Since the Garuda is a flying enemy, you'll need ranged and magick attacks. Any elemental magick will work fine, as will bows and guns. Cast Silence to eliminate this flyer from casting any magicks. Garuda will occassionally cast Sleep, so bring Alarm Clocks to remove this status.
