Isaaru is a non-playable character from the Final Fantasy X series. He is a summoner from Bevelle, journeying to defeat Sin.

Final Fantasy X

The party meets Isaaru in Djose Temple along with his younger brothers, Maroda and Pacce, who serve as his guardians. He is later sent by the maesters of Yevon to kill Yuna and her companions at the exit of the Via Purifico. When he is defeated, his own journey ends.

Isaaru's Aeons

Isaaru's Aeons are fought in the Via Purifico in a one-on-one battle with Yuna and her Aeons. He has three Aeons: Grothia (Ifrit), Pterya (Valefor), & Spathi (Bahamut).

Final Fantasy X-2

Isaaru is working under Cid as a tour guide in Zanarkand. He is forced to leave when the monkeys chase away the tourists, but can be found later in Bevelle reunited with his brothers.
