Jihl Nabaat is an antagonist from Final Fantasy XIII. She has long, waist-length blonde hair and wears glasses. Jihl is a Lieutenant Colonel for the Sanctum military, and prior to the events of the game, she had secured Dajh Katzroy and oversees the tests trying to determine his Focus.

She follows the actions of Sazh Katzroy, finally securing him in Fiend's Keep in Nautilus after he discovers that Vanille was responsible for his son becoming a crystal.

Jihl is killed by Barthandelus along with the rest of the Palamecia crew, after he deems them no longer useful as tools.
