The Wutai remnants have lost their leadership, and the Crescent Unit has slowed down without their henchman. Now is our chance, before they reorganize, to attack their last base and smash the Wutai remnants.

[edit] Strategy
Make use of Assault Twister+ in the random battles and follow the path to the first intersection. Just inside the western path is the Regen chest. Continue north on the main path and take the Ap Up++ chest before engaging the boss. Start the battle with an Assault Twister+ if the enemies are gathered together, otherwise use a Quake spell. Use regular critical attacks to finish off the enemies.
