Lone Wolf the Pickpocket is a thief that appears or is at least mentioned in several games of the series. In addition to his appearances as an NPC in Final Fantasy V & VI, in Final Fantasy: Dawn of Souls you can choose Lone Wolf as a player name for the Thief job.

Lone Wolf first appears as he is imprisoned in Walse Castle. If the player chooses to free him, he will later steal the chests in Jackhole Cave and the party won't be able to get them.
