Despite the number of Tonberries in the last mission, not one held the chef's legendary knife. But the latest news is the most reliable yet. The Master Tonberry in the caves is in possession of it! Go slay the Master Tonberry!

If you have not had the Magic Pot added to the DMW, then make sure to equip Jump, Fire, Gravity, and Assault Twister. When you randomly encounter the Magic Pot, be sure to use whichever materia he asks for. After this is complete, rearrange your materia to your liking.
From the starting point, take the eastern path to find the first two chests. Backtrack to the start and head west. Upon reaching the intersection, head south to find a second X-Potion. Return to the intersection and head east. A few steps will put you in front of the Mystile chest. Follow the path all the way to the east to find the boss. Use regular critical attacks (or your best command materia) on the Master Tonberry. Be on guard because this foe will become invisible and reappear somewhere else. Keep moving behind the enemy and unleashing critical attacks.
