Mi'ihen Highroad is a long dirt road in Spira connecting Luca and Mushroom Rock from Final Fantasy X and X-2.

When the party arrives, Maechen teaches Tidus that the Mi'ihen Highroad is named for Lord Mi'ihen, a high summoner who founded the Crusaders. The road can be traveled by chocobo or foot. The party also encounters a woman and her young daughter, Calli, who are looking forward to Yuna bringing the Calm. Further along, Yuna is challenged for the first time by Belgemine, a former summoner, in a friendly duel of aeons. At the center of the Mi’ihen Highroad is a travel agency where the party can rest and rent chocobos. This is where Tidus begins to learn the Al Bhed language. Below the Highroad is a ravine that leads to a dead end.

Final Fantasy X-2

The highroad itself remains unchanged, but chocobos have been replaced with hovercars as the main mode of transportation. The girls run into Calli who desires above anything to ride a chocobo, and they agree to help her catch one. Later in the game, Mi'ihen Highroad becomes overrun with rampaging machine. After cleaning up the mess, and after Shinra has set up his Commsphere network, the player can participate in the Mi'ihen Mystery side quest, helping Rin discover the origins of the tragedy. There is also a new location in the ravine available by using the Amazing Chocobo.
