NORG is a non-playable character of the Shumi tribe from Final Fantasy VIII. Master Norg provided the funding for the founding of Garden and the establishment of SeeD. He is somewhat of a black sheep compared to the other Shumi. He believes himself to be of a higher authority than Headmaster Cid which leads to a full blown conflict between the two.
