Palmer is a non-playable character from Final Fantasy VII that works for the Shinra Company. He is the rotund head of the Space Program, which since the failure of the Shinra No. 26 to launch, has yet to produce any activity. Palmer is seen attending the executive meetings of the company regardless of his obsolete division. He later witnesses President Shinra's death at the hands of Sephiroth, informing the party of the culprit. Palmer accompanies Rufus Shinra to Rocket Town to seek Cid Highwind's Tiny Bronco. During the fight with the party, Palmer is hit by a random truck, and although he survives the encounter, does not make any further appearances.

Strategy

Possibly one of the funniest boss battles in the game. This fight is incredibly straightforward and easy. Just use your physical attacks and magic attacks. You probably won't need to heal too much in this battle.
