Rin is a non-playable character from Final Fantasy X & X-2, and is voiced by Tom Kenny (who also provides the voice for Wantz) in both games.

Final Fantasy X
Rin is an Al Bhed that owns a string of inns across Spira, and he helps Tidus to learn the Al Bhed language.
Shops
Rin sets up shop on the airship. He can be found in the corridor next to Kimahri.
Blitzball
Rin is a free agent blitzball player, and can be recruited for 100 gil per match.

Final Fantasy X-2
Rin has started a new game in Luca called Sphere Break. He later requests the Gullwings' help in finding out the reasons behind the rampaging machina on the Mi'ihen Highroad. Rin is even one of the suspects in the sidequest.
