Introduction
The craftsman is apparently risking his life to create the best accessory he has ever forged. He is now in the caves. Recruit him into Shinra before his work is complete and his life is over.

Strategy
Before doing anything, make sure to equip the following materia: Gil Toss, Costly Punch, and Octaslash for your encounter with the Magic Pot. Also, your Costly Punch must hit for at least 99,999 points worth of damage to satisfy the Magic Pot. When you randomly encounter the Magic Pot, do NOT attack! Instead do as it asks using the above materia. If you haven't already defeated the Magic Pot, its image will be added to the DMW. Defeat it twice, and you'll receive a valuable Genji Shield for your efforts. For the third defeat of the Magic Pot, you receive either Impervious or Full Cure. Given the Octaslash request, it may take a few encounters or a little luck before you can properly defeat it.
From the starting point, follow the path to the first intersection. Take the path that leads east, then take the central path leading south. Just after starting south, you'll find an Assault Twister+ chest along the east wall. Return to the intersection and continue heading east. Follow the path south, and just south of the next intersection is the Fat Chocobo Feather chest. Then take the path that leads to the east, taking the Graviga chest on the way to the boss. Start the battle with an Assault Twister+, followed by a cast or two of Quake. For any enemies still alive, finish them off with regular critical attacks.
