The New Weapons Group, dedicated to developing more powerful weapons, has obtained extensive operations data on the weapons used by Genesis's forces. They have succeeded in developing new weapons that should overwhelm their current arsenal. We want you to participate in testing these weapons.

• Red Saucer II (boss battle)

• Blizzaga (north)

[edit] Strategy

Head all the way north if you want the Blizzaga materia. To locate the boss, head east at the intersection. Destroy the Red Saucer first because they will cast Barrier on themselves and each other. Keep out of range of the Chain Machine when you are warned of an upcoming attack. Head back in for critical hits when it's done swinging its weapons.
