An accessory stolen by one of the orphans is apparently in the caves. Hurry to the site and pick up the accessory. By the way, the orphans are set to be assigned to various battalions that correspond with how hard they have trained…

Proceed all the way south (past the intersection) to the dead end to find the Magical Punch materia. Backtrack to the intersection and proceed east taking the Elixir chest. When you reach the next open area, search the southwest corner for the Blast Wave chest. Continue north to find the boss. Start the battle with Assault Twister+. Finish them off with a cast of either Quake or Energy.
