Introduction
The City Planning Department has planned to build an underground city guarded from Genesis attacks. However, monsters have gathered at the construction site. Head over to the site, investigate the area, and eliminate all monsters in sight.

Chests
- Power Wrist (west)
- Elixir (center)
- Titanium Bangle (south)
- MP Up+ (east)
Strategy
Proceed south from the starting point to grab the Power Wrist chest. Remember to use Firaga on the Slaps enemies. Continue around the bend and take the central path north to find the Elixir chest. Backtrack south and continue east to find the Titanium Bangle. From here, head north and at the intersection, proceed east. Take this path to the boss, grabbing the MP Up+ chest on the way. Use a cast of Firaga on the Death Claw to take it out immediately. You can use the magic on the Gargoyle, or just use regular critical attacks to kill it. You will receive access to another shop for completing this mission.
