Vinzer Deling is a non-playable character from Final Fantasy VIII. He is the despotic president of Deling City. He is responsible for ordering the invasion of Dollet and appointing Sorceress Edea as ambassador for the Galbadian government. He is betrayed by the Sorceress who kills him whilst addressing the people of Deling.
