Watcher-R

Watcher-R is an enemy in Final Fantasy X-2 that appears during the boss battle with Machina Panzer along with Watcher-A and Watcher-S in Chapter 5. It also appears randomly in Chapters 3-5 in Besaid, Kilika, Mi'ihen Highroad, Mushroom Rock, Djose, Moonflow, Thunder Plains, Macalania, Bikanel Island, Calm Lands, Mt. Gagazet, Zanarkand, and the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth. It is classified as a machina. This enemy does not oversoul.
During the boss battle, Watcher-R will lock out any recovery abilities that the characters performed during random encounters. To avoid this, the Watchers should always be the first enemies you defeat by using regular attacks.
