Zidane Tribal is the main playable protagonist of Final Fantasy IX. Zidane is far from your average hero. Though he may not be cold and mysterious, he has a strong sense of justice and often consoles his friends when they are down. His heritage is unknown, even to himself, but that doesn't make him give up his search to find who he is. He's a member of Tantalus, and is quite skilled at acting. In battle his class is a Thief, so he wields Daggers and Thief swords.
